BTS Jin's single 'The Astronaut' continues to shine, maintaining its popularity by topping the Spotify chart in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) even after a year of its release. On its first anniversary, October 28th, 'The Astronaut' climbed to the top of Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs UAE' chart.

Since its release on October 28 of last year, 'The Astronaut' made its initial entrance at #6 on the 'Daily Top Songs UAE' chart and has maintained steady popularity. It impressively climbed back to #61 on April 27th and then surged to #1 on May 15th, holding that position for five consecutive days. It also topped the chart on the 2nd, 6th, and 11th of July.

'The Astronaut' also secured the #1 spot consecutively for the weeks of June 29th and July 6th on the 'Weekly Top Songs UAE' chart. Moreover, it was again the top song on the Spotify 'Daily Top Songs UAE' chart on August 13th.

On the same day, Jin's 'The Astronaut' ranked first on the iTunes song charts in countries including Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Lithuania, Paraguay, Peru, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, and Vietnam. On the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, it achieved the highest rank for a non-English song.

On the 28th, 'The Astronaut' continued to dominate, maintaining its #1 spot on Apple Music Myanmar's top video chart for 26 days straight. In Thailand, it not only topped the iTunes Song Chart but also secured the #1 position for Top Music Video.

On Deezer Top Songs in Jamaica, 'The Astronaut' held the top spot for five consecutive days as of the 28th, with Jin's 'abyss' at #4 and 'Yours' at #6, showcasing his immense popularity and influence.

Launched last October, 'The Astronaut' was Jin's heartfelt gift to fans before his military enlistment. The music video for 'The Astronaut' set a new record in the 'Worldwide YouTube Popular Music Video' category, being the first K-pop solo song to top the chart for 17 consecutive days. This achievement surpasses Jin's previous record of 16 days with 'Super Tuna'. 'The Astronaut' also became the first-ever solo single to achieve the 'Million Seller' status by the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA), sweeping charts worldwide.

Even after its first anniversary, 'The Astronaut' continues to receive immense love globally, heightening the anticipation for 'Vocal King' Jin's activities after his military service.
