BTS's Jin continues to showcase his unwavering popularity as his first solo OST, 'Yours', breaks through 148 million streams on Spotify.

As of 5 p.m. on September 7, 'Yours' surpassed a staggering 148.67 million streams on Spotify, the world's largest music platform. The song, which serves as the main theme for the tvN drama 'Jirisan', combines a poignant melody with Jin's emotive voice, creating a deeply evocative track.

'Yours' captivated global listeners, entering Spotify Korea's 'TOP200' chart at 6th place upon its release and maintaining its position for 184 days. It also charted for 25 weeks on Spotify Korea's 'TOP200 Weekly Chart' and 12 consecutive weeks on Spotify Japan's 'Viral 50/Weekly' chart.

As of August 24th, Jin has surpassed 1.2 billion streams on Spotify with nine credited songs. Since 2014, Jin has been actively participating in songwriting and has credits on three individual tracks included in BTS albums, five personal solo tracks, and one drama OST sung with V, totaling nine credited songs.

On Spotify, Jin's 'The Astronaut' and 'Epiphany' each surpassed 200 million streams. Additionally, 'Yours', 'Moon', 'Awake', and 'Even If I Die, It's You' each achieved over 100 million streams. Along with the streams from 'Super Tuna', 'Abyss', and 'Tonight', Jin boasts a formidable total of over 1.2 billion streams, showcasing his immense power in the music industry.

'Yours' topped the iTunes charts in 105 countries, including Indonesia, the USA, France, Japan, and even Niger. Remarkably, it achieved the #1 spot on iTunes Top Song charts in 80 countries just 7 hours and 30 minutes after its release and reached #1 in 90 countries within 31 hours. Furthermore, on the world's largest music discovery platform, Shazam, 'Yours' set a record by maintaining the #1 spot for 102 days, the longest for any K-pop song. Currently, Jin's 'The Astronaut' follows closely, marking his second-longest #1 record on the platform.

With 'Yours' achieving dazzling records worldwide, Jin has solidified his position as a top solo artist. Released in November 2021, 'Yours' immediately garnered global attention and set numerous records. Even a year and a half after its release, without any specific promotions, the song, powered by Jin's innate talent and exceptional musical prowess, continues to receive immense love and break its own records, proving its enduring popularity.
