FIFTY FIFTY's 'Barbie' OST Music Video Filming Falls Through: 'Intended for After Return to Activities'
The filming of the music video for the group FIFTY FIFTY's 'Barbie' OST has been cancelled.
On July 4, a media outlet reported that FIFTY FIFTY was planning to film a music video following their vocal performance for the 'Barbie' OST, but the filming did not materialize due to discord with Attract.
In response to this, a representative from Attract told OSEN today, "It's not due to discord, but because Aran had surgery in early May and had to take a break from activities. Aran was supposed to return in mid-July, but due to these circumstances, the plans naturally fell through."
Previously, FIFTY FIFTY gathered attention for participating in the vocals for the original soundtrack (OST) of the movie 'Barbie'. FIFTY FIFTY sang 'Barbie Dreams' and lined up shoulder-to-shoulder with globally acclaimed pop stars like Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, Ryan Gosling, and Ava Max.
However, recently, conflicts arose between their agency Attract and the contract service company The Givers, and a red light was turned on for FIFTY FIFTY's activities as all four members filed an injunction against Attract for the suspension of their exclusive contract.
