The lawsuit filed by girl group FIFTY FIFTY (comprising members Keena, Saena, Sio, and Aran) for an injunction to terminate their contract is set to have its first hearing in July.

According to StarNews, the Seoul Central District Court's 50th Civil Division is scheduled to hold a hearing on the injunction for the suspension of the exclusive contract filed by the four members of FIFTY FIFTY against Attract on July 5th.

On June 28th, Barun Law Firm, representing FIFTY FIFTY, revealed through an official position, "The members, through their legal representative, filed an injunction for the suspension of their exclusive contract to the Seoul Central District Court on June 19, and the trial is currently ongoing."

The internal strife surrounding FIFTY FIFTY first came to light on the 23rd. The agency Attract announced a hiatus due to the deteriorating health and surgical treatment of one member, and during this period claimed, "There has been confirmation of external forces attempting to breach our exclusive contract with the artists," causing a stir.

Attract stated on the 26th that they had sent a certified mail to Warner Music Korea, alleging, "An external force tried to poach our members." They identified three people, including the representative of The Givers Co., Ltd. and composer An Seong-il who produced the hit song 'Cupid', and filed a complaint with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station for business obstruction and embezzlement. Attract claimed, "The Givers secretly bought the rights to the song 'Cupid' from a foreign composer without providing any information about the copyright purchase to Attract."

However, Barun Law Firm refuted this on the 28th, stating, "This injunction application is a measure taken due to Attract's contract violations and the consequent breach of trust. Despite our multiple letters pointing out various issues and demanding rectification, Attract has continued to discredit our members through persistent press reports without making any effort to explain the requested issues." They emphasized, "Our members have tried to think and act independently, despite their young age. They sought our legal assistance to raise these issues after consulting thoroughly with their parents. Nonetheless, Attract has disappointed and frustrated the members by not listening to their voices, unilaterally publicizing the surgery reasons without any consultation, and failing to clearly explain the contract violation issues."

The legal representative added, "The members have raised issues regarding Attract's non-transparent accounting and failure to fulfill contractual obligations, such as forcing activities despite known health issues. This clearly shows that it is an independent decision made by the four members without any external intervention."
