The popular group BLACKPINK is heating up the atmosphere in Japan as they prepare for their upcoming concert.

BLACKPINK is set to hold their "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 'BORN PINK' JAPAN" on the 8th and 9th of this month. In anticipation of the event, a related popup store is being held at Tokyo's Shibuya Miyashita Park from the 1st to the 10th.

Located in the heart of Shibuya, this venue is considered one of Tokyo's top "hot spots." With large portraits of BLACKPINK members covering the entire building, music video broadcasts, and a commemorative photo zone, the diverse attractions have captured the attention of both fans and locals, raising excitement for the main concert.

The popup store has seen huge crowds of fans visiting since its opening, even during weekdays. To ensure a safer viewing experience, a reservation system has been introduced. Among the more than 40 items available, including new merchandise for this tour, some have quickly sold out, drawing explosive responses.

With this being BLACKPINK's first concert in Japan in three years since their "BLACKPINK 2019~2020 WORLD TOUR IN YOUR AREA" in 2020, the anticipation for the event is high. Tickets for both days were snapped up in an instant, demonstrating the group's immense popularity in Japan.

A YG representative stated, "Due to the overwhelming demand from fans who were unable to secure tickets, we have decided to open additional limited-view seats. With a heart full of gratitude, we will repay fans with the best performance alongside BLACKPINK members."

BLACKPINK is currently in the midst of their "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 'BORN PINK'," the largest K-pop girl group tour to date, attracting around 1.5 million people. After successfully completing 14 shows in seven North American cities and 10 shows in seven European cities last year, the group has moved on to Asia to meet more fans.
