As Hyundai Home Shopping permanently expels show host Jeong Yun-jung for cursing during a live broadcast, attention is drawn to whether show host Yoo Nan-hee, who caused controversy with an inappropriate remark during a cosmetics sales broadcast, will face the same consequences. CJ O Shopping is set to issue a statement on the 18th.

According to the home shopping industry on the 5th, CJ O Shopping stated, "The Broadcasting Communications Review Committee Advertising Review Subcommittee has decided on a statement regarding the controversial broadcast involving Yoo Nan-hee." They added, "After the statement, we will decide on whether to impose disciplinary action on Yoo."

Previously, Yoo Nan-hee made a remark during a CJ O Shopping cosmetics sales broadcast on February 4th, saying, "I was reminded of a certain female comedian" and "I think she had a lot of concerns because her skin wasn't good, and she would have been better off knowing about this product."

In response, the Broadcasting Communications Review Committee (BCRC) Advertising Review Subcommittee held a meeting on the 14th of last month, deciding on a statement after reviewing the home shopping broadcast that received complaints. CJ O Shopping will issue a statement on the 18th.

However, Yoo Nan-hee is not a show host employed by CJ O Shopping but has appeared on the broadcast as a guest under a contract with a partner company. It is expected that CJ O Shopping will decide on the continuation of Yoo's appearances through consultation with the partner company.

Jeong Yun-jung, who has been active as a show host since 2002, gained fame as the "Home Shopping Sold-Out Queen." She is currently working as a freelancer, receiving top treatment in the industry.
