Byun Woo Seok Nails The Runway In A Superb Look In 'Record Of Youth'
Byun Woo Seok stands out as a model in the recent stills released by the tvN's upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama "Record of Youth."
The contemporary drama "Record of Youth" tells a story of the young people struggling to reach their dreams and find love in the middle of the harsh reality of life in the modeling industry, wrote Soompi. The drama will follow the characters, Sa Hye Joon, played by Park No Gum, Ahn Jung Ha played by Park So Dam, and Won Hae Hyo, played by Byun Woo Seok.
Won Hae Hyo is the closest friend of Sa Hye Joon, who wants people to see him for his achievement and hard work and not his family's background. He has received support from his mother to begin his career as a model after expressing his desire to become a celebrity.
Despite his burning passion and efforts to achieve his dreams, he sometimes loses his confidence from other people's perceptions that his achievements result from his well-connected and wealthy family.
Moreover, Woo Hae Hyo immediately faced the harsh reality of life as he jumps into acting. He will then engage in a friendly competition with his close friend Sa Hye Joon. The drama will deliver the two's story in achieving their dreams in the same industry under different circumstances.
Being a cast of "Record of Youth," Byun Woo Seok considered himself very lucky. He said that he wholly attached as soon as he read the script. He continued saying, "I found the role very interesting, and as I read the script, I felt excited to know his relationship with family and friends. I recalled being in awe of the lines as I read."
Finally, Byun Woo Seok, being a model before becoming an actor, expressed that although his career looks similar to Won Hae Hyo's, he noted that he has his charm that sets them apart.
"Record of Youth," premieres on September 7 at 9 PM, KST.
