"The Astronaut" has been crowned the number one track on the global streaming platform Deezer's 'BEST OF K-POP 2022ANS' playlist, curated by the K-POP editor. The song, characterized by the gentle melody of an acoustic guitar and captivating synthesizer sounds, is a collaborative work with Coldplay. Jin's unique sentimentality enhances the refreshing yet dreamy atmosphere of the song, showcasing his prowess as a vocalist.

In June, "The Astronaut" dominated the 'Top 100 Jamaica Deezer Chart' and the 'Top 100 Philippines Deezer Chart,' highlighting its immense streaming power.

With eight solo tracks including "Super Tuna," "Tonight," "Yours," "Abyss," "Moon," "Awake," and "Epiphany," and the OST "It's Definitely You" sung with fellow member V for "Hwarang," all of Jin's songs have secured spots within the 'Top 10,' underscoring his overwhelming popularity and influence.

Jin enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier last December and is currently serving diligently as an assistant instructor.
