NewJeans' "Super Shy" Climbs Up the US Billboard Hot 100, Charting for 5 Consecutive Weeks
NewJeans' track "Super Shy" is making a resurgence on the US Billboard main chart.
According to the latest US Billboard chart released on August 15 (local time), "Super Shy," one of the triple title tracks from NewJeans' second mini-album "Get Up," has made a notable leap, climbing 11 spots from the previous week to rank at No. 66 on the 'Hot 100' main song chart.
After initially entering the chart at No. 66 (dated July 22), the song peaked at its all-time best at No. 48 on August 5. Despite a slight dip last week, falling to No. 77, it has now rebounded significantly, marking its 5th consecutive week on the chart.
Meanwhile, the album "Get Up" secured the No. 12 spot on the main album chart, the 'Billboard 200.' Upon its release, "Get Up" stormed straight to No. 1 (dated August 5) on the 'Billboard 200', maintaining its top-tier position for three consecutive weeks.
Another title track from the album, "ETA," also made impressive strides, rising 2 spots to No. 8 on the 'Global (Excluding the US)' chart and jumping 10 spots to rank at No. 18 on the 'Global 200,' mirroring the immense popularity of "Super Shy."
