BTS Jungkook's 'Seven' Soars to No.1 on Japan's Oricon Weekly Ranking
Jungkook, a member of the group BTS, has topped Japan's Oricon weekly ranking with his first solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto)', and has also maintained the top spot on Spotify in the United States for four consecutive days.
According to the latest chart (dated July 24, collected from July 10-16) released by Oricon on the 19th, Jungkook's 'Seven' 'Clean Ver.', which was released worldwide simultaneously on the 14th, debuted at No.1 on the 'Weekly Digital Ranking' with 24,996 downloads. The song had previously topped the Oricon 'Daily Digital Single Ranking' for two consecutive days on July 14 and 15, raising expectations for its No.1 ranking on the weekly chart.
'Seven' ranked No.1 on the 'Daily Top Songs Global' on the latest chart (dated July 17) released by Spotify, the world's largest music streaming company, on July 18, with a daily streaming count of 12,791,048. After recording over 15 million streams on the chart dated July 14 and debuting at No.1, 'Seven' has thus held on to the top spot for four consecutive days.
