FIFTY FIFTY's 'Cupid' Hits the Billboard 'Hot 100' for the Eleventh Consecutive Week, Along with Other K-Pop Highlights on the Chart
The hit song 'Cupid' by girl group FIFTY FIFTY has successfully made its way onto the U.S. Billboard main singles chart 'Hot 100' for the eleventh week in a row.
According to the latest chart released on the 6th (local time), 'Cupid' has fallen three steps from last week to take the 23rd position.
'Cupid' is the longest-running song by a K-pop girl group on the 'Hot 100' chart, staying for more than ten weeks.
On the 'Global 200', 'Cupid' remained at No. 3, the same as last week, while on the 'Global' (excluding the U.S.) chart, it dropped one position to come in second.
BTS's Jimin claimed the 66th spot on the 'Global 200' and the 45th spot on the 'Global' (excluding the U.S.) charts with 'Like Crazy', released in March.
'Angel Pt. 1', an OST track from the movie 'Fast & Furious: Ride or Die' which features Jimin, ranked 7th on the 'Rap Digital Song Sales', 31st on the 'R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales', 31st on 'Global' (excluding the U.S.), and 45th on the 'Global 200'.
While serving his mandatory military duty, Jin reentered the 'World Digital Song Sales' at No. 3 with his first solo single 'The Astronaut', released last October.
Additionally, on the 'Top Album Sales', Suga's 'D-DAY' ranked 17th, Jimin's 'FACE' took the 35th spot, and BTS's fourth regular album 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7' came in 62nd. On the 'Top Current Album' chart, 'D-DAY' was 16th and 'FACE' 25th.
On the 'World Albums' chart, 'D-DAY' came in 6th, 'FACE' 8th, BTS anthology album 'Proof' 10th, 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7' 11th, and the repackaged album 'LOVE YOURSELF 結 Answer' 13th.
Tomorrow X Together (TXT)'s 5th mini-album 'Name of Love: Temptation' entered the Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' at No. 120, marking its 18th consecutive week on the chart.
This is the first time a K-pop male artist has charted on this list for 18 consecutive weeks with a single album since BTS.
'Name of Love: Temptation' ranked 8th on both the 'Top Album Sales' and 'Top Current Album Sales' charts, and 4th on the 'World Albums' chart.
Tomorrow X Together climbed 14 steps on the 'Artist 100' chart to rank 48th.
SEVENTEEN's 10th mini-album 'FML' entered the 'Billboard 200' for the fifth consecutive week at No. 64.
'FML' reclaimed the top spot on the 'World Albums' chart, and ranked 3rd on both the 'Top Current Album Sales' and 'Top Album Sales' charts.
Their title track 'Super' entered the 'Global 200' for the sixth week, coming in at 129th.
Le Sserafim's first full-length album 'Unforgiven' has successfully entered the 'Billboard 200' for the fourth consecutive week at No. 66, and its title track 'Unforgiven' ranked 76th on the 'Global 200' and 40th on 'Global' (excluding the U.S.).
The album 'Unforgiven' ranked 2nd on the 'World Albums' chart, and 7th on both the 'Top Album Sales' and 'Top Current Album Sales' charts, and Seraphim ranked 57th on the 'Artist 100'.
Le Sserafim's follow-up song for this album, 'Eve, Psyche, and Bluebeard's Wife', newly entered the 'Global 200' at 160th and ranked 11th and 89th on the 'World Digital Song Sales' and 'Global' (excluding the U.S.) charts, respectively.
(G)I-DLE's 6th mini-album 'I Feel' entered the 'Billboard 200' for the second consecutive week at No. 167, and its title track 'Queens' climbed three spots to 35th on the 'Global 200' chart.
BLACKPINK's Jisoo's solo song 'Flower' came in at 81st on the 'Global 200', while IVE's 'I AM' followed closely at 82nd.
ENHYPEN's 'Bite Me', which first entered this chart last week at 140th, successfully stayed on for a second week, climbing 31 spots to 109th.
NewJeans continued their long-term success with 'OMG' and 'Ditto', ranking 97th and 194th respectively, while aespa's 'Spicy' entered the chart for the fourth week at 133rd.
