FIFTY FIFTY's 'Cupid' Scores a 10-Week Streak on the Billboard Hot 100
The girl group FIFTY FIFTY has successfully kept their song 'Cupid' on the Billboard Hot 100 for a stunning ten consecutive weeks.
As of June 3, 2023, 'Cupid' has secured the 20th position on the Billboard Hot 100, marking their ten-week run on the chart.
'Cupid' has shown a remarkable rise since its first entry into the Billboard Hot 100. It initially debuted at 100th, then moved to 94th in its second week, 85th in the third week, 60th in the fourth week, 50th in the fifth week, 41st in the sixth week, 19th in the seventh week, 17th in the eighth week, and 18th in the ninth week, demonstrating an unstoppable upward trend.
Previously, FIFTY FIFTY rewrote the record for the longest time a K-Pop girl group's song has stayed on the Billboard Hot 100. The previous record was held by Blackpink and Selena Gomez's collaborative track 'Ice Cream,' which stayed on the chart for eight weeks in 2020.
In addition to their Billboard Hot 100 success, FIFTY FIFTY also ranked 1st on the Billboard Global 200 chart, which includes global song downloads and streams, and 3rd on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, which calculates song downloads and streams outside of the U.S. FIFTY FIFTY is the first group to reach number one on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart with their debut entry.
