BTS Soars High Amid Military Hiatus: 'Bestiny's' OST 'The Planet' Tops Charts in 67 Countries and Regions"
BTS, the globally acclaimed boy group, continues to demonstrate their undiminished power even amid their military hiatus.
On May 12, the group released the soundtrack 'The Planet' for the animated series 'Bestiny,' which has since proven its international appeal. As of 9 a.m. on May 13, the track had already climbed to the top of the iTunes 'Top Songs' charts in 67 countries and regions, including the United States, France, and Australia.
'The Planet' serves as the title track of the 3D action hero animation 'Bestiny.' The song features a harmonious blend of the seven members' unique personalities and refreshing vocals, underpinned by an upbeat bassline and a hopeful, mood-lifting melody.
'Bestiny' narrates the story of the rookie group Bestiny revealing the identity of the villain responsible for environmental destruction and saving the Earth in crisis, ultimately growing into genuine heroes. Fittingly, the lyrics of 'The Planet' deliver a message about the preciousness of the planet we inhabit, in alignment with the storyline of 'Bestiny.'
