DKB Proves Rising Popularity with Sold-Out First Solo Concert in Japan
The group DKB has successfully completed their first solo concert in Japan.
DKB (E-Chan, D1, Teo, Lune, Heechan, Junseo, Yuku, Harry June) held their first solo concert in Japan, "DKB The 1st Concert in Japan 2023 - Inaugurate-", at Tokyo's NEW PIER HALL on April 30th. This concert sold out both performances, proving the immense interest of Japanese fans in DKB. Last month, DKB topped the Oricon Daily Chart and the Billboard Japan Album Sales Chart with their second Japanese mini-album 'REBEL.'
DKB kicked off the concert with the Japanese version of 'Sober' as their opening stage, expressing their happiness to meet Japanese fans again and their joy in preparing for the concert.
They continued to showcase high-level performances with songs such as '24/7,' 'Sorry Mama,' and 'ALL IN.' They also prepared various cover stages, including ATEEZ's 'Cool (Exciting Ver.)' from JTBC's 'Peak Time' and Leseraphim's 'The Hydra,' which was released on YouTube.
Having successfully wrapped up their first concert in Japan, DKB said, "We had a great time performing in front of BB (fan club name) after a long time. We wanted to show many stages this time, so we prepared the most extensive setlist ever. It was truly a happy time to hold our first solo concert in Japan." They also expressed their desire to continue sharing DKB's charms with those who became fans through 'Peak Time.'
Meanwhile, DKB recently appeared on JTBC's 'Peak Time,' receiving rave reviews from the judges and viewers with their unique energy-filled performances, becoming a finalist. DKB will perform at the 'Peak Time' TOP6 concert 'YOUR TIME' held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul from May 5th to 7th.
