'Produce 101 Winner' Jeon Somi Takes on Star Master Role in 'Boys Planet'
K-pop singer Jeon Somi is set to step into the role of the seventh Star Master on Mnet's rookie K-pop boy group project, "Boys Planet" (BOYS PLANET).
Jeon Somi will host the third survival announcement ceremony, airing at 8:50 p.m. on April 13th. This ceremony will determine the 18 trainees who will advance to the final live broadcast, making Somi's role all the more crucial.
Beloved as a Gen Z icon, Jeon Somi has conquered charts domestically and internationally as a solo artist, earning the title of "Solo Queen" while showcasing her versatility in various fields. Additionally, she demonstrated her confident hosting skills at the "2022 MAMA AWARDS," captivating audiences with her unique, bold charm.
"Boys Planet" has already seen the likes of Hwang Minhyun, Sunmi, Yeo Jingoo, BTOB's Lee Minhyuk, SHINee's Key, and Jo Kwon appear as Star Masters, generating buzz with each episode.
