Former B.A.P member Himchan (33, real name Kim Himchan) has admitted to all charges in his first trial for another case of sexual assault. Himchan, who was sentenced to prison and is currently in custody for a previous sexual assault charge, is also under investigation for yet another case of forced assault. In total, three cases of sexual assault are currently under investigation and trial.

On the day of the trial, Kim appeared in court dressed in a green prison uniform. In February, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison in the second trial for sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s at a pension in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province in July 2018. Initially, he was tried without detention, but the second trial judge court-ordered Kim's arrest due to concerns about his potential escape. Kim's case is currently being appealed to the Supreme Court.

It has been confirmed that Kim is also under investigation for another sexual assault charge. He is accused of sexually assaulting another woman in the Eunpyeong-gu area of Seoul, and is currently being investigated by the Seoul Seobu Police Station. The police are planning to send Kim to the prosecution on additional charges as early as this week.

Lawyers for the two victims involved in the trial said, "All parties have agreed to settle, and we are currently negotiating the amount and method."

Meanwhile, B.A.P debuted in 2012 and effectively disbanded in 2019 when their exclusive contract with their agency ended.
