Influencer Yoo Hye-won Addresses Dating Rumors with Seungri: 'Unfounded Speculation and Malicious Comments are Painful'[Full Text]
Recently, Influencer Yoo Hye-won, who was caught up in dating rumors with former 'Big Bang' member Seungri, shared her feelings on the matter.
In a post on her Instagram this afternoon (24th), Yoo Hye-won wrote, "I apologize for causing confusion to those who sincerely care for me because of recent articles. I know there are people who were surprised and disappointed."
She continued, "As the number of unfounded speculations and malicious comments with high intensity has increased, it has become mentally very painful. I have collected all the data on comments that have been maliciously turned into facts without evidence and plan to file a lawsuit without any leniency."
Meanwhile, Yoo Hye-won was involved in the third round of dating rumors with Seungri, who retired after being identified as the main culprit of the 'Burning Sun Gate' in 2019. A recent media outlet reported that Seungri and Yoo Hye-won enjoyed a trip to Bangkok, Thailand. This is the third time the two have been involved in dating rumors since 2018 and 2020.
Yoo Hye-won appealed to stop malicious comments but did not confirm or deny the relationship. Seungri, her alleged boyfriend, was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison after being found guilty of a total of 9 charges, including violations of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes, and was released in February.
