'More Than Friends' Starring Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun Reveals Poster Teaser!
JTBC released a new series of posters showcasing the progression of the story of Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun as they plunge into unrequited love.
"More Than Friends" is a romantic drama love story of two acquaintances who loved each other. Still, due to unavoidable life circumstances, this caused them to get separated from one another.
It is the fate that brought them together after ten years, realizing their love for one another is worth fighting for. Shin Ye Eun is Kyung Woo Yeon, who works as a calligrapher and has decided to avoid pursuing her lifelong friend's one-sided affection. (via KdramaStars)
She works incredibly hard and only thinks about her first love, but she chooses to give it all up due to the extreme hardships. Focused solely on her career and move on with her life minus him.
Meanwhile, Ong Seong Wu will be playing as Lee Soo, a cold and detached, competent photographer. Growing up wasn't a pleasant road after his parents got divorced, making him unwilling to engage in a relationship.
However, things had changed when he met Shin Ye Eun after ten years, which in many aspects want to see her again and get to know her more personally.
Would this time he be going around for far more than friends?
The series published two new posters highlighting the connection of the pair. One side of the image depicts Kyung Woo Yeon laughing in 2010 and featuring Lee Soo in 2020.
The timeline reveals the actors' stable relationship and how they are trapped on separate ends of unwanted affection. It will be another lighthearted story that will inspire love and companionship that no matter what, fate at the right moment tends to bring two individuals closer.
The production expressed that with good intimacy and love-hurt thoughts and feelings between Lee Soo and Kyung Woo Yeon, all the stars had developed and immersed themselves in character.
JTBC's "More Than Friends" will premiere this September 18, slotted every Friday and Saturday!
