BTS's V has captivated fans worldwide with the release of the making-of film for his debut solo album 'Layover' music videos. The album, which reflects V's personal taste 100% and is overseen by chief producer Min Hee-jin of ADOR, has garnered attention for producing music videos for all five tracks, excluding the bonus track.
The music videos were shot over five days in locations including Madrid, Spain, and Mallorca.
The making-of film, crafted like a documentary, opens with a scene not shown in the music video: V, exuding youthful charm, dressed in a relaxed-fit pink sweater and jeans.
Close-ups of V's sculpted face and his repeated practice of smooth dance moves naturally drew admiration, showcasing his unique and captivating aura.
After monitoring, V was seen discussing opinions and guiding the concept, emphasizing the dance expression of the line "Go where you belong," highlighting his professional demeanor.
On the third day, the 'Slow Dancing' music video was shot on a beach in Mallorca, which also included challenging underwater scenes. V, sharing the lively on-set atmosphere, said, "It feels like we just came here to hang out and do these moves." True to his solo album, which captures the essence of V himself, he delivered a romantic and relaxed vibe throughout.
With a caring gesture, V advised the filming staff, "Just be careful of seasickness, director." His interview, expressing satisfaction that the desired atmosphere and discussions were well-realized, warmed the hearts of fans.
The final day took place in a cave in Mallorca, Spain, for the 'Love Me Again' music video shoot. V, dressed in vibrant attire contrasting the dark cave, was captured focusing on his song, adding a special charm to the making-of film.
V shared his feelings about producing music videos for all the tracks, saying, "I wanted to show as many events and things as possible."
