SHINee’s Key Shares About His Military Service And Serving With BTOB’s Changsub

Key shared during the episode about how he enjoyed his time in the military until discharged from mandatory service in October. He also shared that he still practice some habits from military life.
He is grateful for the routine that it is his first time for ten years to live according to routine activity. SHINee's Key stick to patterns he learned from the military. Also, he shared that it was great enjoying the full length of the day.
Taemin, as the youngest, is the only SHINee's member that has not yet enlisted in the military. Key said that there was a time that they had two years between albums in their career, and he regretted not serving during that time. Taemin did not listen when Key told him to go as early as possible.
Key added that for him, military life was the easiest. It is so simple as telling you what to do and what not to do. However, he had worries before and thought of what he should but did not get the results wanted. He kept on getting more sensitive.
The idol revealed that he felt comfortable with the military's hierarchical nature after hearing Paul Kim's military service's stories. Key also shared a story about him working with BTOB's Changsub when asked if he ever rebelled during his service. He said that he and Changsub are of the same age. Changsub is his junior in the music industry but enlisted before him.
Changsub is Key's senior in the military service. SHINee's Key had to be patient but soon hit his limit. He organized ensemble rehearsals and wrote the script for their lines alone even without Changsub, and highlighted Changsub's part for him.
Key shared that he even ironed himself the event uniforms. He should use a da-na-ka speech (a formal military-style speech) in the military, but he cannot hold his anger anymore and said to Changsub, "Here, I did everything!"
