Red Velvet's Irene and Seulgi Talks About Sharing One Roof For 10 Years + Decorating Tips!
Irene and Seulgi from Red Velvet gave visitors a few home design ideas on the latest episode of "Where is My Home!"
On July 5, Irene and Seulgi appeared on MBC's "Where is My Home" to help interim decorate interiors. Two friends that had known one another for more than ten years, the celebrities, along with Kim Sook, explored houses and apartments.
The duo explicitly stated that by the random attraction, they selected their quarters, and Seulgi said, "I choose the tiny bedroom voluntarily first. I'll use the dining room and the communal area [because of that].
"I'm using the master bedroom that has a private bathroom and deck," Irene said.
Once the girls arrived at the first home, its white architecture and brilliant atmosphere inspired them ultimately. Talking about the second door sliding, Kim Sook said, "They said that they wanted to host parties in their house. All the sound will move without that kind of door. It gets still even with this door."
Park Na Rae said in the studio: "The extra door is important as a person who wants to host parties at home. I will install one if it is not already there."
Although the living room looked fantastic and the light was excellent, Irene suggested, "If the sun shines consistently, it can be unpleasant. You should mount and use window shades as a screen for the projector."
The two rooms proved to be similar in size, despite concerns of the Red Velvet members. "The square footage is almost the same as mine," Seulgi added. If you'd like to improve the roof and make it look a bit higher than usual, it's a smart idea to use your mattress with no bed frame."
Kim Sook said, "make simple rooms look extra stuffy by making built-in furnishings."
Meanwhile, Seulgi proposed an alternative, "If you've got loads of garments, you could use the entire room by putting hangers around your wall. You could use the walls as a whole and put a little vanity next to it." (Via Soompi)
The first sub-album by Irene and Seulgi, "Monster," is scheduled to be released today at 6 P.M. KST! Check out their MV teaser here!
