According to Allkpop, based on the exclusive report of News 1, Seungri (Lee Seung Hyun) will be put on trial at the Ground Operations Command in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, on charges of arranging prostitution for investors and engaging in overseas gambling.

As previously announced, Seungri enlisted in the military on March 9 at the 6th Infantry Recruit Training Center in Cheorwon Country, Gangwon province. He received five weeks of basic military training and served as an active-duty soldier, according to Soompi.
Upon enlistment of Seungri, on July 5, his case was assigned to the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Agreement Department.
The 26th Criminal Department of the Seoul Central District Court transferred the trial to the General Military Corps Command on May 15.
However, the General Military Court of the Fifth Corps Command is not directly in charge of the trial and transferred Seungri's case back to the General Military Court of the Ground Operations Command.
A branch office of the General Military Court that filed the lawsuit on June 23 wrote Allkpop. The reason for the transfer is still unknown.
The former BIGBANG member, Seungri, is one of the biggest names in the Kpop industry. He was a singer, a songwriter, a record producer, an actor, a businessman, an investor, a DJ, and a creative director.
Seungri was named "Korea's Great Gatsby" because of his lavish lifestyle, including his frequent throwing of extravagant parties.
Before his resignation in the Kpop industry on March 12, 2019, Seungri was summoned by Seoul Police and charged about prostitution.
According to Forbes, the bulk of evidence originated from leaked chatrooms from the Korean app 'KakaoTalk,' where it revealed Seungri coordinating with staff to hire prostitutes for potential investors.
