G-Dragon’s Concert Postponed Hours Before Showtime Due to Weather
Singer G-Dragon's concert has been delayed due to worsening weather conditions.
On March 29, Coupang Play posted an emergency notice through its official account announcing a schedule change for the concert taking place that day.
"In light of deteriorating weather conditions, we are informing you of a change in operating hours for the March 29 (Saturday) performance," Coupang Play stated in the urgent update.
According to Coupang Play, entry for VIP ticket holders for the soundcheck event, originally scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., was pushed back one hour to 3 p.m., and the soundcheck event itself was delayed from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Additionally, general admission times for R, S, and A section ticket holders were adjusted from 3:10 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the main concert was rescheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Coupang Play wrote, "We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety of our audience and the smooth execution of the concert," adding, "We will do our best to make sure you can enjoy the performance safely."
G-Dragon is holding his world tour 'Weverse Mensch' at the Goyang Sports Complex on March 29 and 30, marking his long-awaited return to the stage. This will be his first solo concert in approximately eight years, since 'ACT III, M.O.T.T.E' held at Seoul World Cup Stadium in 2017.
