In celebration of their 8th anniversary, BLACKPINK has announced a significant event, thrilling fans worldwide.

On July 26 (KST), YG Entertainment confirmed that BLACKPINK will attend the press conference for the film "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS" on August 9 at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul.

This event, organized to commemorate the release of the "Born Pink" world tour concert film, will feature a 'Pink Carpet' backdrop, symbolic of BLACKPINK. Celebrating their 8th anniversary this year, BLACKPINK plans to engage more closely with their fans at this venue.

Additionally, members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa will personally visit the theater to express their gratitude to the audience. This marks the first time in approximately 11 months that all four members will come together since the finale of their world tour last September, and a tremendous response is anticipated.

The Pink Carpet event will offer entry opportunities to BLACKPINK Weverse members, moviegoers, and participants of a CGV Instagram event. Detailed application methods and periods can be found on BLACKPINK Weverse, the CGV website, and CGV social channels. Tickets for the stage greeting session will be available from 2 PM on August 2 through the CGV website, mobile app, and onsite ticket counters and kiosks.

The film "Born Pink" captures the live performances from the world tour and will be screened in over 110 countries, including South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, setting a record for the widest release of a girl group concert film. It is set to be released on July 31.
