BTS's Jungkook & V Continuously Chart on U.S. Billboard, Achievements of Jimin & J-Hope's Albums Ongoing
The idol group BTS is on a successful run on the U.S. Billboard main charts with their solo activities.
According to the latest charts (dated October 7th) released by the U.S. music magazine Billboard on the 3rd (local time), Jungkook's first solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto)' ranked 53rd on the main song chart 'Hot 100'. After hitting the top spot on the 'Hot 100' on July 29th, the song has showcased its unwavering popularity by staying on the chart for 11 consecutive weeks. V's first solo album 'Layover' has been listed on the main album chart 'Billboard 200' at 46th place for three consecutive weeks.
Their achievements also stood out on the 'Global 200' and 'Global Excl. U.S.' charts, which rank based on streaming and sales from over 200 countries/regions worldwide.
'Seven' secured the 2nd spot on the 'Global 200', while V's title track 'Slow Dancing' ranked 29th, Jimin's title track 'Like Crazy' 88th, and V's B-side 'Love Me Again' 111th. On the 'Global Excl. U.S.' chart, 'Seven' was 2nd, 'Slow Dancing' 11th, 'Like Crazy' 55th, 'Love Me Again' 60th, and another of V's B-sides, 'Rainy Days', ranked 116th.
BTS's presence also shone on the album charts. On the 'Top Album Sales' chart, 'Layover' ranked 3rd and J-Hope's 'Jack In The Box' was 37th. On the 'Top Current Album' chart, 'Layover' was 3rd and 'Jack In The Box' secured the 30th spot. On the 'World Album' chart, BTS's 'Proof' ranked 6th, 'Jack In The Box' 9th, and Jimin's solo album 'FACE' was 11th.
