A fierce internal dispute involving the girl group FIFTY FIFTY, their agency Attrakt, and Ahn Seong-il, the producer of their hit song 'Cupid', is intensifying. All three parties have been embroiled in a conflict, each making contradictory claims.

The Givers, the company that Ahn Seong-il represents, stated on June 29th, "The reasons for Attrakt's lawsuit that have been shared through the media are entirely different from the facts."

They added, "Our company has maintained a neutral position without taking any sides in the dispute between Attract and the members of FIFTY FIFTY."

Previously, Attrakt filed a police complaint accusing Ahn Seong-il and other representatives from The Givers of fraud and embezzlement in relation to their business practices. Attract claimed that they "found evidence of an outsourcing company approaching Warner Music Korea with a proposal to sell off FIFTY FIFTY."

Responding to these allegations, The Givers emphasized, "Since Attrakt's establishment to the present, we have sincerely performed our duties according to the outsourcing service contract."

They stressed, "Until the day Attrakt received the termination of contract from FIFTY FIFTY members, we, at the request of Attrakt's representative Jeon Hong-jun, facilitated meetings between Ahn Seong-il and Attract's attorney, and did our utmost to mediate between Attract and the members."

Furthermore, The Givers threatened legal action saying, "Despite knowing these facts, Representative Jeon Hong-jun and Attract disseminated false information, damaging not only our company's reputation but also that of our representatives and employees, and obstructed our business operations."

Separate from this conflict, the members of FIFTY FIFTY have filed a request to suspend the effectiveness of their exclusive contract with Attrakt due to opaque settlements and destruction of trust. The first hearing will take place on the 5th of next month at the Seoul Central District Court.

The Givers explained, "On May 31 of this year, we handed over all planning, production, and operation tasks to Attract and ceased operations. Currently, we are only handling global promotion and overseas publicity at the request of Attrakt."

In response to suspicions of 'member poaching,' The Givers said, "Not only have we never been involved in any such activities, but the content of the related article has nothing to do with our company." They countered all of Attract's claims by stating, "All tasks, including securing copyrights, were carried out through legitimate procedures, and the song 'Cupid' has been owned by our company since before the FIFTY FIFTY project started."
