Kang Daniel has undyingly dropped his highly-anticipated comeback EP entitled ‘Magenta’ as he colors his fans’ summer with enlivening and brand-new tracks.

‘Magenta’ is Kang Daniel’s unique way of sharing his journey towards finding the right color of his career path. Per Hellokpop, since Kang Daniel’s ‘Cyan,’ the singer never failed to entirely paint the positive vibes of his releases from the album’s title to the tracks.

Countdown to ‘Magenta’

Kang Daniel kicked off ‘Magenta’s’ program when he made known his official comeback on hid SNS channel on July 5. The announcement was rapidly followed by an album teaser that made his fans went nutty as a fruitcake!

The video teaser flaunted the official logo of his previous ‘Cyan’ EP that transitioned into two graphic circles blending in with the new magenta-colored background.

On July 8, the 23-year-old singer unveiled the plotted schedule of ‘Magenta’ in a bright poster. The matter follows up the announcement of ‘Magenta’s’ tracklist that features the voice and rapping skills of South Korea’s most exceptional artists like Simon Dominic and JAMIE.

On the two days of the latter part of July, the ‘Waves’ singer left his beloved fans speechless as he revealed his sophisticated ‘Magenta’ concept images that showcase Kang Daniel in a royal, stylish outfit that shimmers in diamond beads.

The mesmerizing concept images come before Kang Daniel’s Youtube release of ‘Magenta’s’ medley that comes with a mysterious poster taken from the ‘Waves’ music video.

On July 27, Kang Daniel finally dropped ‘Waves’ that a fascinating music video that gives prominence to Simon Dominic and JAMIE.

Three days after Kang Daniel unveiled ‘Waves,’ the multi-talented idol released ‘Magenta’s’ lead single called ‘Who U Are,’ and its music video.

‘Magenta’ bottles up six tracks where Kang Daniel mostly wrote the five tracks. The newly released album skyrocketed its way up to the no. 1 spot t the Hanteo Chart on August 3. To date, ‘Magenta’ garnered 192,278 copies sold [MB].
