Creator Song Jia is set to make a full-fledged return to her career.
On the 10th, Song Jia signed an exclusive contract with Sublime, a management company under HLL, an affiliate of the Central Group that publishes Elle and Bazaar magazines, and will embark on various activities.
HLL and Sublime announced, "We have signed an exclusive contract with Song Jia, who is influential in many areas as a creator and YouTuber," adding, "We are delighted to be able to join Song Jia in her new start, as she possesses diverse talents." Sublime's roster includes actor Song Kang-ho, Ko So-young, as well as GOT7 members Jackson and Youngjae.
Song Jia has been expanding her recognition by sharing her daily life with global subscribers through her Instagram and YouTube channel and sharing her unique beauty tips and fashion sense. Song Jia, who is active under the pseudonym 'Freesia,' has 2.16 million subscribers on YouTube and 4.3 million followers on Instagram.
In particular, she gained global attention and generated much buzz by appearing in Netflix's 'Solo Hell' in 2021, receiving much love.
As Song Jia announces her new beginning through an exclusive contract, she is expected to showcase synergy with Sublime by actively working in various fields with her trendy charm, sense, and honest confidence, raising fans' expectations.
Meanwhile, in 2022, Song Jia was caught up in controversy as some of the clothes and jewelry she wore on broadcasts and YouTube were suspected to be 'counterfeit.' In response, Song Jia admitted her mistake, officially apologized, and took a break for a certain period.
