SM Entertainment CEO Lee Sung Soo Spills Spoiler Regarding NCT 2020 Concert
NCT's 2020 activity spoilers have been dropped by SM Entertainment's chief executive officer (CEO)!
The 2020 1st World Cultural Industry Forum took place, and it was broadcasted live on YouTube. The forum serves as a means to talk about global economic growth involving culture. Through cultural and entertainment, the conference aims to bring East and West closer together to understand each other better.
The new CEO of SM Entertainment, Lee Sung Soo, also called Chris Lee in the forum, and the agency's chairman, Lee Sooman, participated. Also, present on that day is EXO's Baekhyun, NCT's Johnny, and BoA.
The CEO's Spoilers
The CEO during the forum was one of the people who gave a speech. There, he discussed their accomplished projects and what they are aiming for. Lee Sung Soo expressed that he would like to say one spoiler. He said, "Johnny, you are in NCT 127 and NCT's entire group. And we are now doing the NCT 2020 project with 23 members from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Japan, and even the USA and Canada."
Lee Sung Soo also mentioned NCT's second album NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 1's achievement. He said that their projects are very successful right now. They were able to sell more than one million copies in just a week.
He continued saying, "And I really, really would like to do an NCT 2020 - all 23 members - Beyond Live concert within this year. So Johnny, please be prepared, and guys, please help us." With the words of the CEO, NCT Johnny gave a smile in response.
The Full-Load NCT
Starting from January, NCT has already accomplished lots of its 2020 activities. NCT 127 released the music video of a single titled Dreams Come True on January 27. It was then followed on March 6 by launching the group's second studio album Neo Zone and the title track "Kick It.
Furthermore, the group's fourth extended display was released on April 29 with Ridin. In May, through beyond live, the three NCT units, specifically NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV, held a series of concerts.
It was then announced on September 15 that NCT would have an NCT 2020, like their previous NCT 2018 project. The big event will be merging the four subunits of NCT to work on one album. And that said album is entitled NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 1, out on October 12.
