NCT's New Album Is Topping iTunes Charts In Several Countries
NCT's new album RESONANCE Pt.1 is receiving lots of support and love with their latest album!
The group released their album RESONANCE Pt.1 on October 12. Along with the album is the music video for the title track Make A Wish (Birthday Song).
The Album Topping In Several Countries
The album topped iTunes Top Albums charts as of October 13 in 32 countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Ireland, Russia, Hungary, Brazil, New Zealand, Poland, and Finland.
Also, the album is making a splash in countries Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, El Salvador, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Oman, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Peru, and Ukraine.
NCT is also making waves by topping the physical album charts in Korea. Simultaneously, making a hit in QQ Music's digital album chart in China and Line Music's album chart, and Japan's Rakuten Music's real-time song chart.
The kick-off of the promotions of RESONANCE Pt.1 this week with NCT U's music show performances of Make A Wish (Birthday Song) will be starting on the October 15 episode of M Countdown.
NCT's RESONANCE Pt. 1 Records Over 1.1 Million Stock Pre-Orders
NCT's second album, RESONANCE Pt. 1, has broken the group's stock pre-order record.
Per Soompi, the number of stock pre-orders is the album stock produced before the album release. This number is the estimated demand calculated based on various factors. And this includes how many albums were pre-ordered by fans.
As of October 11, the stock pre-orders for NCT's "RESONANCE Pt. 1" reached 1.12 million copies shared by SM Entertainment.
NCT's new album includes songs by the 23 members in various combinations like NCT 127, WayV, NCT Dream, and NCT U units. Make A Wish, the title track of the album is sung by an NCT U unit, which consists of members Taeyong, Lucas, Xiaojun, Jaemin, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Shotaro.
