Choi Jin Hyuk Pretends To Be Controlled By Zombie Instincts In New Peeks Of ‘Zombie Detective’
KBS 2TV drama “Zombie Detective” has released new stills of Choi Jin Hyuk and Park Ju Hyun’s surprising first encounter!
The new Monday-Tuesday comedy-drama “Zombie Detective” follows the story of a zombie in his second year of resurrection and later becomes a detective who desperately searches for the truth about his past. Choi Jin Hyuk will be taking the role of Kim Moo Young, the titular zombie detective who struggles to adapt to his new life and coexist with humans. Park Ju Hyun will also be taking on the role of a writer of an investigative journalism program named Gong Seon Ji with unrivaled optimism, tenacity, and a sense of justice.
The KBS 2Tv, on September 16, gave a closer look at the first meeting of Kim Moo Young and Gong Seon Ji. In the new teaser images released, Kim Moo Young faces Gong Seon Ji with his mouth wide open. He is acting as if his instincts as a zombie control him. The surprised Gong Seon Ji runs into him in the dark, and the pair’s first encounter creates an eerie mood. The fans who are highly-anticipating for the premiere of the drama start to be curious as to what relationship the two will have after the dangerous incident.
What To Expect On The Drama
During the press conference of the characters and director of “Zombie Detective” on September 17, Choi Jin Suk heightened the anticipation of the viewers as he expressed that there has been no drama series recently that can be compared to “Zombie Detective.” He revealed that they were filming the drama while personally thinking that it feels unique.
The actor continued that the lineup of actors are excellent and he thinks even just watching their performances is fun. “The script is fascinating. We’re pulling off the script 200 percent, so I think it will be a good drama to enjoy without overthinking.”
“Zombie Detective” will be premiering on September 21 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
