Im Soo Hyang Reveals Her Reasons In Joining 'When I Was The Most Beautiful'
Im Soo Hyang divulged why she joined the drama "When I Was the Most Beautiful!"
MBC's "When I Was The Most Beautiful," is a story of two brothers, Seo Hwan (played by Ji Soo) and Seo Jin (played by Ha Seok Jin), who fell in love with the same girl Oh Ye Ji (Im Soo Hyang).
After Im Soo Hyang's vital roles in "My ID Is Gangnam Beauty," and "Graceful Family," many viewers are anticipating her outlook in the upcoming drama.
Im Soo Hyang (Oh Ye Ji) is a ceramic artist who dreams of finding pure happiness, but life throws her a twist and changes when there came the two brothers, Ji Soo (Seo Hwan) and Ha Seok Jin (Seo Jin), who fell in love with her.
The actress talked about how she was captivated by the script and said that she read all the four volumes the moment she received it. She felt moved and hurt, just like reading a romance novel and became curious about the next episode because the story was also like watching a refreshing film on a summer night about youth.
She added and described her character as someone who makes people desire to protect her. People around her extend help, especially Seo Hwan and Seo Jin, who shows her more care, and even though she is so delicate, she is confident enough and has dignity. She tries to overcome everything, and not allowing fate to shake her is what makes her attractive.
As Im Soo Hyang compared her character as Oh Ye Ji from roles in "My ID Is Gangnam Beauty" and "Graceful Family" as Mi Rae and Seok Hee. She expressed that Oh Ye Ji will show off her more bright and feminine side.
The drama production team commented that viewers would be able to see Im Soo Hyang's true abilities in acting. She does not need to explain as she portrays her role as Oh Ye Ji, who is so delicate as a wildflower yet so charming and adorable.
The upcoming drama "When I Was the Most Beautiful" will be available in Viki and aired last August 19 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
