The popular K-pop group FIFTY FIFTY has once again emphasized their unwillingness to reconcile with their agency, Attrakt. The ongoing conflict between the two parties seems poised for a lengthy battle.

On August 16 of this month, FIFTY FIFTY made it clear in court that they have no intention of mediating with Attrakt. While Attrakt had indicated a willingness to reconcile, FIFTY FIFTY's refusal means the dispute is likely to continue.

Previously, on the 9th, the Seoul Central District Court held a mediation session regarding the suspension of the exclusive contract that four FIFTY FIFTY members filed against Attrakt. The session concluded without a resolution.

The court desired reconciliation between the parties, but FIFTY FIFTY evidently showed no such interest. Remarkably, the court even suggested a private meeting between the parties in a week's time, and Attrakt expressed their openness to this suggestion.

However, according to sources from Attrakt, no private meeting took place, and FIFTY FIFTY did not even communicate any intention regarding such a meeting.

At the mediation session, parents of FIFTY FIFTY members Aran and Saena were present, indicating that even members Kina and Sio, who were absent that day, also leaned towards refusing any agreement.

If the court does not issue a mandatory mediation order, the trial will resume. Effectively, FIFTY FIFTY will be unable to pursue their activities and will be preoccupied with the trial.

FIFTY FIFTY, who made K-pop history by entering the Billboard Hot 100 singles main chart with "Cupid" within a year of their debut, may lose their momentum and fade from the spotlight. Many hoped for another miracle, but the unresolved conflict only adds to the disappointment.
