Former EXO Member Lay to Produce for Upcoming Solo Debut of 'Boys Planet's' Wang Zihao
Levy, a former participant from "Boys Planet," has announced his official debut this coming August.
On July 27, his agency Chromosome confirmed that "Wang Zihao, a contestant from Mnet's survival audition program "Boys Planet," will make his debut as a solo artist under the stage name Le'v in mid-August."
Levy impressed global K-pop fans with his exceptional dance skills and stable vocals during his stint on Mnet's "Boys Planet," which wrapped up in April. Furthermore, in June and July, he co-hosted his first joint Japanese fan meeting, 'Lock your heart, Just do it!' in Tokyo and Osaka with Hiroto from RBW. He has managed to establish a solid fanbase even before his official debut, as all rounds were sold out.
Significantly, Levy's agency, Chromosome, is an entertainment planning company founded by Lay, who has consistently been active both domestically and internationally as a member of EXO since his debut in 2012, as well as a solo artist and actor. Lay has promised to provide full support to Levy, leveraging his years of industry knowledge and experience as the latter embarks on his journey in the K-pop market. The anticipation among fans is already high for Levy, who is on the brink of making his official solo debut after his trainee period.
Levy plans to meet fans with a variety of debut promotional content ahead of his official debut in August.
