EXO Wins Two Awards on the Gaon Chart with Their 7th Full Album 'EXIST'
K-pop boy group EXO has won two awards on the Gaon Chart with their 7th full album, "EXIST".
The album was released on July 10th and topped the Gaon Weekly Chart for the week of July 9-15th, winning the Retail Album and Album charts. This is EXO's second consecutive win on the Gaon Weekly Chart, following their 6th full album 'Obsession' in 2019.
EXO has also broken their own record for the highest first-week sales of an album, selling over 1.56 million copies of "EXIST". The album also topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 70 countries and regions, and the QQ Music and KuGou Music digital album sales charts in China.
The title track of "EXIST", "Cream Soda", is a cool and sexy dance track that has been praised by music critics and fans alike. The album also features a variety of other genres, including ballads, R&B, and hip-hop.
To celebrate the release of "EXIST", EXO is holding a pop-up store called "EXOcial Club - Cream Soda" at the D Museum M2 in Seoul's Seongsu-dong district from July 15 to August 6.
