BTS Jin Takes Top Spot in 'Idol Pick' Weekly Poll, Proving Unrivaled Popularity
BTS member Jin has claimed the top spot in the 'Idol Pick' weekly poll, showcasing his unmatched popularity. Jin ranked first in the best male idol category for the first week of May, receiving an overwhelming 54,689 votes. This is the highest vote count across all categories.
Jin has also secured first place in various polls conducted on the voting site Exciting DC. In the second week of April, he was voted the "atmospheric star" best suited for 'Le Labo' perfume in the "memories remembered by fragrance" poll.
In the third week of April, Jin was chosen as the "most anticipated" star fans are looking forward to after completing military service. In the fourth week, he was voted as the star who "resembles their pet the most."
In the fifth week, Jin won the poll for the star who would "capture viewers' hearts" if they appeared on a cooking variety show. And finally, in the first week of May, he took the top spot in the poll for the star with a "sporty charm" best suited for New Balance sneakers. Jin's five consecutive wins demonstrate his powerful fandom and global popularity.
Not only is Jin topping various domestic polls, but he's also proving his unparalleled presence internationally. Recently, he ranked first in the "K-POP Small-Faced Handsome Men" category on the Japanese ranking site "Rankingoo.net." Jin was introduced as having a "surprisingly small face" with broad shoulders and a long neck, and is especially known among fans for his small face.
Moreover, Jin ranked 16th in the "Top 1000 Most Influential Influencers in the United States" list, released by influencer marketing platform HypeAuditor on May 9th. He has been shining as the top Asian male for 190 days, flaunting his status as a global superstar.
