WATCH: Kim Ha Neul, Lee Do Hyun, And Yoon Sang Hyun Entwined In An Unusual Love Story In '18 Again'
JBTC's much-anticipated drama '18 Again' released an exhilarating new teaser!
Per Soompi, '18 Again' is based on the American film '17 Again.' It is about a husband on the verge of divorce who suddenly finds himself back in the prime of his life 18 years ago. The drama will be the first project of director Ha Byung Hoon since KBS 2TV's "Go Back Couple."
Kim Ha Neul will be taking the role of a mother who finally joins the workforce after her children have grown up, named Jung Da Jung. Playing her husband named Hong Dae Young is Yoon Sang Hyun, who is 37-years-old.
On the other hand, Lee Do Hyun will also play the character of Hong Dae Young after mysteriously transforming into his 18-years-old self. He will then introduce himself as Go Woo-Young to hide his true identity.
The new video tease starts with Hong Dae Young saying an apology. Jung Da Jung responds, "I'm tired of this. Let's get a divorce." With a heart far from giving up, Hong Dae Young expressed, "I'll treat you well."
But before Jung Da Jung said her response, the 37-years-old Hong Dae Young was suddenly replaced by his 18-years-old body. Hong Dae Young, unaware, continue asking a second chance. He keeps saying, "I love you, Da Jung," despite Jung Da Jung's rejection.
Jung Da Jung was in deep shock as she turned her eyes to Hong Dae Young, who transformed into a young student that made the heads turn in the restaurant towards them.
With Jung Dae Jung trying to explain the situation, Hong Dae Young continued saying that she is his first and last love, making the people around cheer and clap in awe.
Jung Da Jung's voice expressed in the background, "The story of my husband who returned to his golden days from 18 years ago."
