TXT Set to Perform at Kyocera Dome for the First Time in July
K-pop group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) is set to hold their first-ever Japanese dome concert in July, following their debut.
TXT (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai) held their 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT: SWEET MIRAGE> IN JAPAN' last month, with concerts on the 14th-15th in Osaka, 18th-19th in Saitama, 25th-26th in Kanagawa, and 29th-30th in Aichi.
TXT filled their setlist with over 24 songs, including the narratives from their 5th mini-album 'The Name's Arc: TEMPTATION' and stories they have shared so far. They captivated audiences with a diverse range of performances, from refreshing to intense and lyrical, featuring not only Japanese versions of their songs like '5:53 in the Sky Found You and Me (Japanese Ver.),' 'Drama (Japanese Ver.),' 'Waiting for You at Platform 9 and 3 Quarters (Run Away) (Japanese Ver.),' 'Good Boy Gone Bad (Japanese Ver.),' and 'Angel Or Devil (Japanese Ver.),' but also their Korean hits.
During their Aichi concert on the 30th last month, TXT sincerely expressed their gratitude to fans, saying, "We had eight concerts in three weeks, and not a single day was unhappy. We were really happy and gained a lot of strength. We'll be back soon with great songs, so please wait for us. As always, we'll do our best without regrets and love you. Thank you."
At the end of the concert, a surprise announcement revealed the addition of a dome concert through a VCR. TXT, who will hold their first dome concert at the Kyocera Dome Osaka on July 1st-2nd, said in a video uploaded to their official SNS at 12:05 AM on May 1st, "It's all thanks to MOA (fans) for sending us so much love. We're nervous about our first dome concert, but just imagining creating happy memories with MOA is exciting. We'll work hard to prepare a great stage, so please look forward to it."
Meanwhile, TXT is set to release their second Japanese full-length album 'SWEET' on July 5th. Before that, they will continue the heat of their world tour in six U.S. cities, including Charlotte on May 6th, Belmont Park on May 9th-10th, Washington D.C. on May 16th, Duluth on May 19th-20th, San Antonio on May 23rd-24th, and Los Angeles on May 27th-28th.
