Late ASTRO Member Moonbin's Memorial Space Extended, Fantagio Announces "Open Until the 49th Day"
The period for visiting the memorial space for the late ASTRO member Moonbin has been extended.
On April 28 (KST), Fantagio, the agency of ASTRO, announced through their official fan cafe, "After considering the opinions of AROHA who may have had difficulty visiting during the initial period, we are extending the visitation period for the memorial space until June 6th, the 49th day."
The agency added, "We have prepared a new space for the memorial that allows visitors to fully concentrate. Please refer to the detailed information below on the operation of the memorial space."
Fantagio also stated, "Due to this, we ask for your understanding that only the memorial space prepared in one part of the parking lot will be available for use until the 30th. All letters and gifts left at the memorial space will be carefully preserved without damage, and we plan to periodically collect and store them during the operation period."
Moonbin had suddenly passed away on April 19 at the age of 25. His funeral ceremony was held on April 22 at 8 AM amidst grief.
Following his passing, not only fans but also entertainment colleagues who were close to Moonbin visited the memorial space in front of the Fantagio building. This included his younger sister Moon Sua, ASTRO members Jinjin, MJ, Cha Eun-woo, Rocky, SEVENTEEN members DK, and Won-woo, all of whom left heartfelt letters to remember the late artist.
