Lee Seung-gi Recalls Unforgettable Memories of Visiting Son Ye-jin's 'Lovely House' on 'Master in the House'
Did they start their newlywed life filled with love like Son Ye-jin's Lovely House?
Recently married actor Lee Da-in and Lee Seung-gi mentioned Son Ye-jin, whom they met on 'Master in the House.'
On April 23, the SBS entertainment program 'Master in the House' aired a highlight episode looking back on the show's journey over the past six years as it comes to an end.
Starting from its first broadcast on December 31, 2017, 'Master in the House' met 219 masters over 1,940 days, spanning Season 1 and Season 2.
Lee Seung-gi and Lee Sang-yoon, who were the main cast members in Season 1, appeared on the broadcast.
Lee Seung-gi expressed surprise upon hearing from the production team that they had met 219 masters over the past six years, saying, "We met 219 masters? We really met a lot."
He chose Jeon In-kwon as the most memorable master.
At that time, Lee Seung-gi performed 'Forbidden Love,' which became a hot topic.
When the production team mentioned, "The total view count of the video is 35 million," Lee Seung-gi was surprised and said, "I didn't expect 'Forbidden Love' to receive such a response. It reignited my passion as a singer."
He also mentioned Park Jin-young, recalling, "The most memorable thing was when he said he would wake up at 4 a.m., but he couldn't get up until 6 a.m. I had just been discharged from the military at that time, so I was confused about whether I should wake him up or not."
Lee Seung-gi then picked the episode featuring actress Son Ye-jin, which aired in December 2018, as a memorable one.
He reminisced, "Son Ye-jin's house is also very memorable. When would we ever get a chance to visit Son Ye-jin's house? It really felt like an actress's house. It was so much fun."
Following that, a highlight video was introduced, showcasing the nervous 'Master in the House' members as they met Son Ye-jin in person. The delightful interactions between them brought enjoyment to the viewers and left a lingering sense of regret as the show comes to an end.
