SMTOWN's LIVE Online Concert Wil Be Free of Charge Worldwide
To give comfort to those fighting against the novel coronavirus pandemic across the world, SM Entertainment announces Monday that it will hold a free online concert on the first day of next year!
With the many big names in the Kpop industry inlined to showcase for the concert, fans jump for joy with the new announcement.
All In One For A Big Surprise
Bandwagon reported that alongside DJ sets by Raiden, GINJO, and IMLAY, the likes of aespa, EXO's Baekhyun and Kai, NCT Dream, NCT 127, NCT U, WayV, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, and Red Velvet would be making superb performances to welcome 2021. Shinee's Taemin, TVXQ, Super Junior, SuperM, and H.O.T.'s Kangta, are also set to perform.
At 1 p.m. KST of January 1, SMTOWN LIVE "Culture Humanity" will be aired through various platforms. This will include Naver V LIVE's Beyond LIVE channel, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, and Japan's KNTV. They are set to make the kick-off of 2021 colorful and grab fans' attention from all over the world.
Creating Music Of Hope And Comfort
As part of the concert's goals, it wishes to provide hope and comfort for those who are having a hard time caused by the trembling effects of COVID-19 around the world.
Much more to fans' anticipation is that the performance of international stars will be enjoyed by viewers' in their own houses or rooms, without any charges. With this, interests in the concert are expected to be explosively over the top.
Furthermore, it was noted that the performances of the big stars were safely pre-recorded in every stage following the health authorities' protocols.
As SM Entertainment arrange their concert sections to be an omniverse, they also plan to provide various music and performances.
Meanwhile, the concert is expected to fascinate global audiences with the AR technologies which connect the camera and real space.
