BTS Jungkook dominates Google
The 23-year-old South Korean singer is hailed as the most searched K-pop idol on the worldwide search engine for 2020. That said, Allkpop reported that Jungkook sits at No.1 on the Top 100 Google Worldwide Most Searched K-POP Idols 2020 Year-End Chart.
The remaining spots inside the top 10 also include his fellow BTS members, Jin, Jimin, J-hop, RM, V, and Suga.
The official ranking and charts are on Google Trends, which the public can access for proof and reference. The results are on the trends made by the K-pop idols on Google, including searches of their stage names, real names, and nicknames.
Jungkook earned the top spot with a 750 search index, proving his massive popularity globally with no hesitations.
He is most searched for Google's biggest markets, including the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and more. Other countries included Russia, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and many others.
Furthermore, Jungkook is also last year's most searched K-pop idol on Google, repeating his title this year.
