Lee Seung Gi Reveals That His Health Condition Prolonged His Album Preparations
In a press conference held by Lee Seung Gi for his latest and seventh studio album, "The Project," the singer and prolific emcee divulged that he would soon be promoting as an artist for 16 to 17 years as he reaches his 30s.
Lee Seung Gi shared that he always wanted to make music that he was satisfied with and desired to be a bit more serious and meticulous.
Since the singer appeared on variety shows, he realized that he didn't want to be a singer to be a token. "When people look at me just as a singer, I wanted to hear 'You're doing well,'" he added.
Self-Motivation and Hardwork
In 2004, the singer made his debut and released numerous hit songs before venturing into acting and variety shows. The hardworking celebrity explained that it is rare for him to have a day without doing anything or working into something. He shared, "These days when I rest, I pat myself on the back. Since I used my body, I must reward it. Whether I rest, eat, or care for it, I have to do something."
Lee Seung Gi Aiming For The Best For His Fans
The new album of Lee Sung Gi, "The Project," marks his return as a singer after five years. He thanked fans for all their love and support and shared that since he was releasing an album for the first time in five years, he had to overcome many of his worries and concerns during preparations.
Moreover, Lee Seung Gi also shared his hopes for his album, saying that he would've filled it all with new songs if only he had two or three bodies, but my physical strength restricted him. All in all, he has four new songs in his album.
Meanwhile, during the press conference, the variety star Lee Seung Gi spoke that he has always wanted to sing since his discharge from the military in 2017. However, his condition wouldn't return to normal, which became why he extended his preparation time.
