Red Velvet’s Irene And Shin Seung Ho Wrap Up Filming For Their Upcoming Film ‘Double Patty’
Red Velvet’s Irene and Shin Seung Ho wrapped up filming their new movie Double Patty (working title) and shared their warm emotions about the set.
Double Patty is an upcoming new big-screen drama, which marks as Irene’s big-screen debut. The film tells the story of young college students who strive to reach their dreams and career goals. The movie will embark on a relatable journey of young people’s growth and development.
Starring in the drama taking on the female lead role is Red Velvet’s Irene as Lee Hyun Ji, who works hard to achieve her dreams to become an anchorwoman. Additionally, Shin Seung Ho plays the male lead role as Kang Woo Ram, a former star ssireum (Korean wrestling) athlete from high school.
The stars Irene and Shin Seung Ho commented on their experiences while working on the new movie, which the filming ended last September 12 of this year.
According to Shin Seung Ho, he had a great time and full of fun working on set with great senior actors and excellent staff members, and it was an honor that he was able to learn so many things from them. He felt down-hearted when the filming just ended. He also encouraged them to show lots of love and greeted them as he will be giving a new version of himself in theaters.
On the other hand, Red Velvet’s Irene also shared that she thought of time went by really fast and hoping that the movie they worked so hard on filming would become fun and give them strengths.
Also, Director Baek Seung Hwan said that all the actors and staff members worked hard. They all had fun working with everybody and guarantees to do his best to complete an excellent project.
The upcoming big-screen drama Double Patty will be available in theaters and on various OTT platforms following its post-production.
