BTS Jungkook Curses In The ‘Savage Love’ Remix And Fans Are Loving It
In the recent Jason Derulo and Jawsh 658 "Savage Love" remix with BTS, the youngest member of the group, Jungkook, was caught swearing on the track, but fans did not mind at all.
Jungkook, the "Golden Maknae" of BTS, has been the "baby" of the group and has been under the group's eldest members' supervision. The group's youngest member has proven that he is already a grown-up by cursing in the "Savage Love" remix.
On October 2, 2020, BTS and Jason Derulo released "Savage Love" remix, a song about being a rebound relationship with someone who is using them. Many ARMYs support the remix single, particularly Jungkook's "swearing" moment at a part of the song.
ARMYs took to Twitter to point out Jungkook's f-bombs from the song; although BTS does not condone in swearing in their songs, nobody expected that the youngest member would be the one to lay a swear word among them.
On the social media platform, one fan wrote that "Jungkook turning 23 years old and decided that he just starts showing up in unbuttoned shirts and cursing in songs?" Another fan also posted on Twitter, putting girls in a situation and comparing ordinary guys who curse and Jungkook cursing with emojis.
Meanwhile, other ARMYs complimented Jungkook for making "Savage Love," a "gender-neutral" song wherein the final chorus of the song, Jason Derulo, sings, "girl you can use me." However, fans noticed that Jungkook dropped the "girl" part to match the track's choruses.
"Savage Love" was produced by New Zealand music producer Jawsh 685, featuring dance-hall beats initially released in June.
This year, following the dispute over the sample clearances and Derulo using the producer's instrumental beat without proper legal permission in the song's version. However, both artists have worked through the legal action, leading the single to peak at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100.
