Choi Jin Hyuk Is Hilariously Knocked Down By Park Ju Hyun In Upcoming Drama ‘Zombie Detective’
New stills of Park Ju Hyun and Choi Jin Hyuk in the upcoming KBS 2TV drama “Zombie Detective” is now released ahead of its premiere!
The new comedy-drama airing Monday-Tuesday tells about the story of a zombie in his second year of resurrection. Later on, he becomes a detective and desperately searches for the truth about his past. Starring as Kim Moo Young is Choi Jin Hyuk, the titular zombie detective who struggles to adapt to his new life and coexist with humans. At the same time, taking the role of a writer of an investigative journalism program named Gong Seon Ji is Park Ju Hyun. She has an unrivaled optimism, tenacity, and a sense of justice.
Gong Seon Ji, in the photos, looks at someone with determination as she swings her helmet back with full force. Kim Moo Young seems to be her target because he appears with a stunned look on his face as he is collapsed on the ground. The new stills appear that there was a fierce chase between the two. Gong Seong Ji looks apologetic, although she has hit her target as she frantically checks upon him.
According to the production team, “It will be interesting to focus on the different human and zombie chemistry and the actors who are perfectly assimilated into their characters.”
What To Look Forward In The Drama
Choi Jin Hyuk recently revealed that his unique role as a zombie is something to look out for. He said that although he continuously appears as a zombie, his new character unveils the clumsy Kim Moo Young, who ends up not being a scary zombie.
Park Ju Hyun also shared that in the drama, it is interesting that to keep order in the world, a zombie and a human must work. Meanwhile, Kwon Hwa Woon added that he thinks of the drama as a new genre, completely separate from your typical zombie film. “There are many fun and refreshing scenes in the drama, so I think it’s a drama that everyone will enjoy.”
The comedy-drama “Zombie Detective” will be hitting the small screen on September 21 at 9:30 p.m. KST
