Lee Do Hyun Starts To Enjoy Being Back In High School In ‘18 Again’
The Monday-Tuesday drama of JTBC, “18 Again,” has shared a new sneak peek of Lee Do Hyun in character!
The unique story of “18 Again” is based on the American film “17 Again.” It follows the story of a man on the brink of divorce who suddenly finds himself back in the body of his 18-year-old self when he was a rising basketball star.
Yoon Sang Hyun will be taking the role of the older version of the protagonist Hong Dae Young while starring as his teenage counterpart, who goes by the name Go Woo Young is Lee Do Hyun. Kim Ha Neul will also be playing his wife, Jung Da Jung.

Lee Do Hyun, n the newly released stills, is ready to captivate viewers with his refreshing high school appearance. Lee Do Hyun poses as Go Woo Young in one photo, and his eyes are wide with puzzlement to what is happening, and his tousled hair is styled to match the new trend.
Furthermore, in another still, Lee Do Hyun transforms into Hong Dae Young. He seems to be more confident and comfortable in his past self as he softly smirks at the girl in front of him.
Lee Do Hyun’s Thoughts About His New Role
Lee Do Hyun shared his thoughts about his character, saying that one of Hong Dae Young’s keywords is kkondae, a term that describes an older person who is often condescending or uses their age to justify their actions. He revealed that for him to do the role well, he conversed with various people and received advice from his senior actors. Lee Doo Hyun also noted that he studied the ways of a father and breadwinner to perform the character well.
“18 Again” is set to premiere on September 21 at 9:30 p.m. KST. Here’s the latest teaser of the drama!
