DAY6's Even of Day Enthralls With Relaxing Teasers For 'The Book of Us: Gluon'
With only a few more days left for their first album, 'The Book of Us: Gluon – Nothing can tear us apart,' to come out, the K-pop idols unleashed serene still in the form of a teaser. While waiting for August 31's vast album reveals, DAY6's sub-unit Even of Day dropped teasers on their social media channels.
The newly introduced trio delivered a dreamy vibe in the idyllic images released. Even of Day looked very alluring in their royal outfits that show off their quietude. The ensemble, Dowoon, Wonpil, and Young, shared a piece of calmness as they gaze to the camera while striking an attitude. As per Hellokpop, the three idols pose on a wooden paddle boat simultaneously that uses a lucid moon as background.
Furthermore, the K-pop idols added the teasers' intriguing factor through another entry that showcases the shadows of the trio. The three versatile artists' silhouettes show them looking upwards, something like gazing the vast sky for stars while the moon shines so bright.
Aside from the teaser images, Even of Day shared a poster that serves as a lyrics teaser for their album lead single called 'To the End of the Wave (literal English translation). The said track proudly holds a melody of a classic R&B style and rhythm. It tags along in a sad tune that is backed by the modern synth band instrumental.
The lyrics revealed depicts a blunt message written in an exquisite, evocative, and earnest style that somehow possesses poetic phrases.
"I need you, you need me / I will protect you from beside of you / I want to be with you until the place where the wave stops."
Meanwhile, Even of Day's upcoming album release will take place on August 31 at precisely 6 P.M. KST. It will follow the Highlight Medley of the album and will come before the trio's meet and greet session with their fans.
