Watch: Lee Ruby And Park Ji Hoon Poses Identically With Original Webtoon In The Teaser For 'Love Revolution'
Kakao M's upcoming drama, based on a popular webtoon, "Love Revolution," unveils another teaser and posters!
Per Soompi, the drama "Love Revolution" follows the story of love and friendship between students and focuses the story on the couple Gong Ju Young (Park Ji Hoon) and Wang Ja Rim (Lee Ruby).
The new teaser posters show Gong Ju Young getting ready for photos with Wang Ja Rim. With his arm around the shoulders of Wang Ja Rim, Gong Ju Young poses happily in front of the chalkboard. Their friends join the two even with Gong Ju Young's annoyance. The teaser includes the outfits, poses, and hairstyles that align entirely with the webtoon scene.
The photo teaser highlights Gong Jun Young and Wang Ja Rim's contrasting personalities. Wang Ja Rim exudes a haughty and relaxed attitude. Later on, she started to loosen up after constantly receiving affection from Gong Ju Young, who radiates bright unmatched energy.
Younghoon of 'The Boyz' plays a longtime friend of Lee Kyung Woo named Gong Ju Young, who is aloof but also sweet and playful at times. Younghoon, in the drama, is synchronized perfectly with his character, sharing the same hairstyle and relaxed attitude.
Playing as Wang Ja Rim's close friend Yang Min Ji is Jung Da Eun. She showcases her cute charm as a student with her long hair braided. Playing the bright and funny character of Kim Byung Hoon is Go Chan Bin while portraying the spectacled Ahn Kyung Min is Ahn Do Gyu.
Moreover, the main characters are depicted on the poster as they pose in front of the chalkboard with the addition of WJSN's Da Young, who plays the popular athletic and easy-going girl named Oh Ah Ram. The poster reads, "We can't have such a thing as a sweet romance!" which emphasizes the forthcoming drama's comedic aspect.
Consisting of 30 episodes that are 20 minutes playtime each, "Love Revolution" premieres in September.
