Ariana Grande Reveals Participation On BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez's Upcoming Collaboration 'Ice Cream'
BLACKPINK is reportedly working with another foreign artist!
After the previous news was scattered regarding BLACKPINK collaborating with a foreign artist, fans have been trying to guess who the featured artist will be. Although many were correct in imagining Selena Gomez, a lot still hoped that it would be Ariana Grande.
The upcoming single reported being "Ice Cream," now includes Selena Gomez's voice on the forthcoming album, making everyone think that Ariana Grande wouldn't be signing in the track's development.
However, Ariana Grande surprised everyone after she updated her Instagram story upon seeing Tommy Brown's message. She posted the story and attached her own note, naming everyone who'd been working on it: "So proud of the squad, and so proud of this!!! so much love for this team and these ladies!" (via Koreaboo)
It appears that BLINKs will have the collaborative work they wished from BLACKPINK and Ariana Grande — and with Selena Gomez's incredible addition. Now the expectations are much higher for BLACKPINK's upcoming single.
At least, there are just a few more days to go until the release on August 28, and fans are hyped up already!

"Ice Cream" is a highly anticipated hit from the K-pop girl band BLACKPINK and American singer Selena Gomez.
YG Entertainment unveiled a promotional teaser on July 23, revealing that a collaboration between BLACKPINK and an unspecified singer. Soon after, the featuring artist was revealed to be Selena Gomez.
On July 28, the band announced their forthcoming Korean studio album, BLACKPINK: The Album, coming out on October 2, 2020. While on August 21, the collaborative project's title was announced to be "Ice Cream."
